Malini has 10 years experience working in a variety of capacities in the music industry in India and abroad. After completing a Masters in Music Business from NYU, Malini moved back to India and dived straight into the robust Indian Music Industry working as a Curator for Festivals and Venues, Music Publishing, Project Management for Tribal Music Projects and Tours. She currently runs her Boutique Agency ‘Culturegrind’ promoting Contemporary Music and Art from the Indian subcontinent.

She doubles up as a Consultant for Projects or Companies that have a clear vision and goal and helps them reach where they deserve.

In her free time Malini likes to read, travel and is currently pursuing the practice of yoga.

Saumya Garg, IIT Bombay MBA Full-Time Program, Duke (Fuqua) Masters in Management & Harvard EXEC in Business Administration & Management

Saumya Garg is a graduate of the School of Management, IIT Bombay MBA Full-Time Program. Post his MBA, he has worked for close to 4 years now. From IIT, he was selected to be a part of the Summer Internship program at Colgate and subsequently received a PPO from them to be a part of their Leadership Program.

He has received 3 promotions and 2 global recognitions during his 3 year journey with Colgate. He was the youngest member to be nominated to the ‘Manufacturing/Engineering Leadership Team’.

Currently he is the Regional Supply Analytics Manager – Africa, Middle East and South Asia at Reckitt Benckiser. Prior to his MBA Saumya pursued a master of management from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and Association of Business Executives, UK. Saumya is a computer engineer from Mauritius with honours.

Apart from his Masters in Management from Duke (Fuqua) and IIT, Saumya has successfully got admits to the full time MBA programs at Cambridge (Judge), HEC (Paris), Hull. He has also helped his friends and clients get admits to NYU, UCLA, Rotman, Fuqua, Cornell, HEC Paris and AGSM (UNSW) amongst others. He has recently graduated from Harvard EXEC in Business Administration & Management

When not working, Saumya loves to help candidates with their MBA applications. He is an avid traveller and seeks to visit as many places on the world map as he can.

Emilio Guiliani, BA in Political Science, International Studies and History, University of Wisconsin - MadisonEmilio Giuliani, Wisconson Madison Alumni

Emilio Giuliani was born and raised in the Midwestern United States, graduating with a BA in Political Science, International Studies, and History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. First for Brighter Prep Dubai and more recently as a freelance admissions consultant, Emilio has helped students gain acceptance to universities including Harvard, Stanford, MIT-Sloan, UChicago, Columbia, Cornell, Brown, INSEAD, IMD, and Cambridge over the past two years.

Emilio has worked in the education space with everyone from elementary school students to Executive MBA hopefuls, though he’s focused primarily on undergraduate and graduate admissions in North America and Europe. He currently works as the Admissions Coordinator for an international university in Dubai and writes on US foreign policy in his spare time.

Emilio is a black belt in American karate and is trying to learn Arabic and Italian simultaneously.

Pooja ShahPooja Shah

Pooja Shah has 8 years of work experience in the International education space. She has worked with The Princeton Review as the Center Manager and has been actively engaging with GMAT / GRE / SAT Clients.

Additionally, she has worked with Edwise International for 3 years and has Specialized Expertise in USA Admission Consulting. She has been helping candidates right from Shortlisting the right fit Schools for each client until their Visa Applications.

She has also been the Coaching Division Head for GMAT / GRE / SAT at Edwise International.

To keep herself calm and fit, Pooja enjoys a good swim early in the morning as well as reading a nice book! When not laying now, Pooja also enjoys shopping and awaits the Sale Season eagerly!

Ian Commando, Duke MBA Alumni

Ian has over 15 years of management experience with a focus on developing marketing in East and South East Asia.

He graduated with an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, is fluent in 4 languages, and has worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Manila, and is currently based in Ho Chi Minh. He has worked in global roles for Fortune 500 companies, but has also been a keen entrepreneur, starting several companies in manufacturing, as well as food and beverages.

Ian has previously served as the director of Admissions and Recruitment for a Top 50 business school for years, and has consulted for thousands of applicants, coaching young professionals from various industries and backgrounds, enabling them to identify the right programs, industries, post MBA goals for their business school applications, while helping them with the entire application process.

Jelena has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of international recruitment and education. With over 20 years in related fields, she has helped acquire top talent for clients such as Bank of England, Deutsche Bank, BskyB, CERN, Amadeus, and HP. Having worked and lived in Japan and the UK, she has sharpened her business and cross cultural skills, having held a variety of managerial and business development roles. Her experience includes working at the London University Careers Service as well as a Head of the Candidate Selection team in a fast growing business unit within Quacquarelli Symonds, where she liaised with top business schools, building and coaching full teams from scratch. Arjun Kiswani is a graduate of the HEC MBA Full-Time Program, winning multiple awards including a Merit Based Scholarship, a position in the Dean’s List and the coveted Leadership Award. He has previously coached students for the CAT and GMAT entrance exams, himself achieving a 99.9 percentile score in the CAT.

Arjun is well-versed with the International B-school application process, conducting official admissions interviews for HEC MBA applicants. Arjun has helped dozens in their B-School applications, specialising in essay evaluations and career motivation stories.

Arjun is based in London where he is also considering setting up a pâtisserie with his chef wife.

Iunia has been involved in education for over 10 years, from the formal aspects of standardized testing and international education to the non-formal ones of soft skills development and holistic education.

She has had the privilege of working with thousands of students across four continents, from Singapore, China, India and Malaysia to Dubai, England, Romania and Kenya for International Admissions for candidates for Undergraduate, Masters & MBA programs, among others.

All of the above and more are skills she finds valuable to share when working with students who are International Educational aspirants, who would like to grow through education and constant personal development.

When not working, Iunia spends her time either exploring new avenues to help candidates better themselves or writing, so far as the author of the best selling book “Through the World, Towards Me”. She loves to network and travel, and is currently in U.A.E. pursuing her interest in Holistic Education.

Honey Soni, Rutgers Business School

Based in New York, United States of America and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Technology from Rutgers Business School.

Honey has worked for Accenture Service India Limited for 3 years before moving to the USA to pursue his International Education. He has worked in Accenture as an Application Analyst where he was trained in various data analytics applications. He was an active member of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) society in Accenture, where he was a volunteer for Children Education (NGOs), Tree Plantation and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from NMIMS, Mukesh Patel School Technology and Management Studies in field of Electronics and Telecommunication.

Although he is currently student, he has been helping his friends and acquaintances with the Application Process and wants to help aspiring students achieve their goals. He is extremely passionate about educating young Indian minds! In his free time, Honey, likes hanging out with his friends, loves visiting places (Times Square FTW!!) and playing Indoor games.
